Role
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for playing an important role in organization and client satisfaction. Your job is to work closely with clients to ensure requests are enforced, project deadlines are being met, and that team members are working productively and collaboratively. You will be expected to keep track of assigned daily, monthly, and weekly tasks, in addition to any special projects and research required.
To be a successful Project Manager, one must bring the CREATIVITY, ENTHUSIASM and excel at being detail-oriented to manage client requests, time management skills to ensure all projects are completed on time, communicating with clients and teammates, and writing compelling content for email campaigns and job descriptions.
Our clients are the essence of our company and our team works hard to please those needs and therefore therefore you are expected to maintain an enthusiastic “can do” attitude at all times when collaborating with team members or interacting with clients.
This position involves writing compelling job descriptions and conducting interviews; having a general understanding of social media; sending out email campaigns, and ensuring everything is running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders
- Interviewing
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Monthly meetings with social media clients

REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
- Proven experience in project management
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
