Role
As a Website Development Copywriter, you will play an important role in marketing and audience development. Your job is to work closely with clients to implement social media and digital marketing content and handle day-to-day operations and community management for our active social platforms. You will be expected to keep track of assigned daily, monthly, and weekly tasks, in addition to any special projects and research required.
To be a successful Website Development Copywriter, one must bring CREATIVITY, ENTHUSIASM, and ADAPTABILITY. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented to manage email marketing, with great time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed on time. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with both teammates and clients and writing compelling content on social media, blogs, websites, and other additional marketing materials.
This role entails crafting engaging website content that resonates with the intended audience of our clients. You will capture the distinctive brand voice and style while producing content for blogs, websites, newsletters, brochures, and other supplementary marketing materials. Additionally, you will oversee email marketing across platforms, encompassing tasks like composing newsletters, overseeing subscriptions, and familiarizing yourself with diverse audience groups. As a website development copywriter, you will gain expertise in strategic planning and execution for different domains within the realm of social and digital media.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and guides the overall communication strategy, plan, and metrics that support the function’s business goals. Helps ensure that communication plans for company-wide initiatives within the function are well-coordinated.
- Assists the organization in finding the best ways to connect with customers and other audiences, as assigned.
- Creates and refines various materials, such as articles, documents, and communication pieces, including employee highlights, all while staying true to the Autobell Brand.
- Produces diverse content like videos, articles, and infographics, using an appropriate tone and style that matches the company’s guidelines.
- Uses different online publishing platforms to draft content in a structured manner.
- Tailors content for specific groups and focuses on popular topics.
- Shares blog and social media posts on websites and all social platforms
- Incorporates relevant keywords and follows best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve content visibility.
- Collaborates with the digital marketing team to study web traffic, assessing the impact of the content strategies and methods (like conversion and bounce rates).
- Keeps an eye out for potential trademark violations and promptly informs the Marketing & Brand Manager about any instances.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least one year of writing experience
- Background in writing, marketing, communications, or English
- Ability to show up on weekly team Zoom meetings
- Generally reachable and responsive to team members via email and Slack
- Autonomy and ability to thrive in remote work environments
- Able to self-direct and properly manage one’s time
- Must be friendly, assertive, and able to clearly communicate with clients by phone, video conferencing, and email
- Ability to work under high stress and pressing deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly and execute at a high level with speed
- Excellent communication skills, both with clients and cross-departmentally, and the ability to relay ideas clearly
- Able to multitask efficiently and without issues
